I've got this recipe from South Africa and its wonderfull! Rich, moist and with wonderful chocolate smell and taste. Wonderful for those who got egg and/or milk allergy. Also mess free. you only need cup, whisk and backing tray. Enjoy.

Preheat the oven 180C.
In the baking pan mix flour,cocoa,sugar,backing powder, salt, vanilla sugar and bicarbonate.
Mix oil and vinegar.
Pour oil mix over flour mix and mix it together.
Last add BOILING water to the cake butter , quickly mix it and put it in the oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 20-30 minutes.
